Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 60 days. If you need to make a return, send us an email at heymate@littlelovesstore.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including swimwear, dummies and teething accessories.
Exchanges
Exchanges are encouraged, as we are a small business, we would love for you to choose another size or another item.
If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at heymate@littlelovesstore.com, once we have responded and instructed you to do so, please send your item back to us, (we will provide you with a return address).
If there is nothing you want to exchange for at the time, we can provide you with a gift voucher.
Refunds
Refunds are only made if the item is faulty. Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are allowed.
Return Shipping
When returning your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
